A gold medalist in business law, he began his journey as a corporate advisor, supporting high-growth businesses in structuring legally sound, scalable operations. With a passion for solving real-world problems, he quickly transitioned from counsel to creator — founding two successful private-label ventures that brought globally sourced, high-demand products to e-commerce markets across India and beyond.

What sets Dhairya apart is his ability to bridge strategy with execution. From building cross-border supply chains to crafting high-conversion digital brands, he has worked at the intersection of law, logistics, and consumer behavior. As co-founder of Bluefield Global, he now channels this rare multidisciplinary experience into helping global brands source from India with precision, transparency, and unmatched confidence.

Vansh Kotadia brings deep industry-rooted expertise and global business acumen to Bluefield Global. With a strong academic foundation in business administration and international trade, he has worked across operational and retail leadership roles, gaining a sharp understanding of both supply chain and consumer expectations. His real strength lies in bridging traditional manufacturing wisdom with modern brand strategies — a synergy he has refined through years of experience managing his family’s established kitchenware business.
